Andre Villas-Boas has admitted that he would like to make FC Porto striker Hulk a Chelsea player in the summer.
The 34-year-old coach worked with the Brazilian centre-forward during his stint in charge of the Portuguese club.
Now, Villas-Boas has conceded that he would like to be reunited with the 25-year-old frontman.
"We have [Salomon] Kalou and [Florent] Malouda, both of whom are nearing the end of their contracts, while Juan Mata and Daniel Sturridge are the future," he told TSF.
"As such, there will surely be a place to fill and I see room for an explosive player on the wing, someone who is strong in one-on-one situations and Hulk fits that profile."
Hulk joined Porto in 2008 from Tokyo Verdy.
