West Ham United 'interested in signing Chelsea's Tammy Abraham'

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is a transfer target for West Ham United, according to a report.

West Ham United could reportedly move for Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham this summer.

The 23-year-old has scored 12 times in 30 appearances for the Blues during the 2020-21 campaign but has fallen out of favour at the club over the last few weeks.

Abraham has not featured in the Premier League since the middle of February, while he was not even in the squad for the clash with Brighton & Hove Albion on Tuesday evening.

Blues boss Thomas Tuchel has admitted that he has "a lot of sympathy" for the England international, who is seemingly not in the long-term plans of the German.

A number of clubs, including Leicester City, are thought to be interested in the forward, and according to the Daily Mail, West Ham are also firmly in the hunt.

The report claims that the Hammers will be in the running for his signature should Chelsea place him on the transfer list ahead of next season.

Abraham has scored 30 goals in 80 appearances for his current side in all competitions. body check tags ::
