Wigan Athletic chairman Dave Whelan has revealed that the club have rejected a third offer from Chelsea for their star winger Victor Moses.
Moses, 21, has emerged into one of the most promising youngsters in the Premier League, and Chelsea have identified him as a main target this summer.
However, Whelan has claimed that the Blues' third offer – understood to be in the region of £5m – is still short of their valuation.
"They've made three bids and we've not accepted any. We're still hoping that he signs an extended deal. They've all come in the last three weeks but they've not offered enough," Whelan told The Sun.
"I don't know if they'll bid again but if they do we always listen. And if it is what Roberto believes is what he is worth then we will take it from there."
Moses scored six goals for Wigan last season.
