Willian has suggested that he is on course to sign a new contract at Chelsea.
Despite a successful six-and-a-half-year period at Stamford Bridge, Willian has been allowed to enter the final 12 months of his deal.
However, despite alleged interest from Barcelona and Juventus, the Brazilian has hinted that he is nearing a successful resolution to negotiations.
The 31-year-old told Yahoo Sport: "I have stated several times my wish is to stay at Chelsea. I like the club very much, I feel very welcomed here, as well as my family, and we love living in London.
"However, I'm in the middle of the season and I try not to think about it so as not to lose focus on the field. My agent and the club are talking and I hope we can have some good news soon."
Willian has established himself as a first-team regular under Frank Lampard, making a total of 17 starts in the Premier League and Champions League.
