Shakhtar Donetsk's Willian has reiterated his desire to join Chelsea after the Premier League club had a bid rejected for the midfielder.
The Ukrainians recently turned down an offer of €34m (£26m) for the 20-year-old.
Despite the setback, the Brazil international is still holding out for a move to Stamford Bridge.
"I'm really annoyed that the board didn't let me go," he told Globo Esporte. "It would have been good for me and for the club too.
"I'd play in a big league and would be able to grow as a player. This is not a message to anyone, everyone knows I want to leave."
Willian joined Shakhtar from Corinthians in 2007 for £12m.
