Chelsea playmaker Hakim Ziyech could reportedly be set to leave the club this summer after just one season at Stamford Bridge.
The 28-year-old joined the Blues for around £40m from Ajax in July 2020, signing a five-year contract, but has failed to live up to expectation.
According to Gazetta dello Sport, Ziyech's relationship with Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is 'broken' and the midfielder is now 'officially' on the club's transfer list.
The report also states that Serie A duo Napoli and AC Milan are both admirers of the Moroccan international and will consider making an offer this summer.
Milan are already in talks with Chelsea's Fikayo Tomori, and are believed to have triggered a £25m clause to sign the defender permanently, after a successful short-term loan with the Italians.
Ziyech made 39 appearances across all competitions for the Blues last season, scoring six goals and providing four assists.
