Crystal Palace have reportedly begun talks with former Borussia Dortmund boss Lucien Favre over the vacant managerial post at Selhurst Park.
Steve Parish has interviewed many candidates in his search to find Roy Hodgson's successor, and after talks with Nuno Espirito Santo seemingly came to a halt, Palace have turned their attention to Favre.
The Swiss manager has been without a club since leaving Dortmund in December, after spending two years at the Signul Iduna Park during which time he won the German Super Cup.
London News Online reports that Palace have ended their interest in Frank Lampard, Swansea City's Steve Cooper and Barnsley's Valerien Ismael.
As Favre is not currently tied to a club, Palace would not have to pay any compensation fee and the 63-year-old is believed to be keen on a move to the Premier League.
Favre arrived at Borussia Dortmund in July 2018 and oversaw 110 matches for the club.
