American billionaire Josh Harris will reportedly complete his takeover of Crystal Palace in the next three weeks.
The 49-year-old, who owns two sports franchises in the USA, is currently in talks with the Premier League club.
It is understood that Harris could finalise a deal to buy Palace for around £70m in mid-November, according to The Telegraph.
However, Eagles co-chairman Steve Parish claimed on Monday that there would be no imminent takeover at the club.
One of Harris's first acts as owner will be to give manager Neil Warnock funds to strengthen the squad in the January transfer window.
There are also plans to renovate Selhurst Park, though the American is keen to add players to Palace's ranks before anything else.
