Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson has been offered a new contract with the Eagles, chairman Steve Parish has confirmed.
The 72-year-old, who has been in the dugout at Selhurst Park since September 2017, is out of contract with Palace in the summer.
Speaking to Palace TV, Parish confirmed that an offer is on the table for the former England manager: "Yes, we have presented an offer to Roy and we are talking to him about that.
"I think everyone is pretty focused on the games, but yes that is in discussions and for Roy, he has said himself in the press that he is very relaxed about it.
"We are very relaxed about it I think, and we'll get that done in the fullness of time."
Hodgson's side currently sit 14th in the Premier League table before the visit of Newcastle United tomorrow afternoon.
