Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock has been fined £9,000 and warned about his future conduct by the Football Association for comments that he made about a referee.
Warnock was found guilty of implying that Craig Pawson was "motivated by bias; and/or brought the game into disrepute" following his team's defeat to Chelsea on October 18.
The 65-year-old suggested after the match that Pawson was influenced by Chelsea's players when he sent off Palace defender Damien Delaney.
Warnock, who joined the Eagles for a second time back in August, had denied the original charge at a personal hearing.
Palace continue their Premier League campaign on Saturday when they face Manchester United at Old Trafford.
