James McArthur is reportedly close to signing a new long-term contract at Crystal Palace.
The 27-year-old, who moved to Selhurst Park from Wigan Athletic last year, is believed to have been targeted by Premier League clubs Everton and Norwich City.
However, according to Goal.com, the Eagles are determined to keep hold of the midfielder by offering him fresh terms.
It is believed that the Scotland international, whose current contract expires in two years' time, will put pen to paper on the new deal as opposed to entertaining offers from elsewhere.
McArthur was Palace's record signing when he joined from Wigan for £7m.
