Denmark's Euro 2020 clash with Finland will resume at 7.30pm UK time as Christian Eriksen has been stabilised in hospital after his collapse on the field of play.

The contest was halted in the latter stages of the first half when Eriksen fell to the ground, with the Inter Milan attacker needing CPR from medical staff.

The 29-year-old has since been stabilised in hospital and is now 'awake and speaking', according to his agent.

UEFA have now revealed that the contest will restart at 7.30pm UK time, with the last four minutes of the first half being played, before a five-minute half-time interval.

UEFA have also confirmed that the clash between Belgium and Russia this evening will go ahead as planned, with Eriksen's condition in hospital now heading in the right direction following the emotional scenes.

The contest between Denmark and Finland was level at 0-0 when the play was stopped. body check tags ::
