Deportivo La Coruna boss Victor Fernandez has criticised his side following their 4-1 defeat to Sevilla at the weekend.
The newly-promoted outfit currently sit bottom of the La Liga table on four points having lost five of their opening seven matches of the new season.
"We didn't have the mental strength or mentality to match the strength of Sevilla. Our fight isn't with Sevilla. They are in a fight for the top four and ours is among the bottom four," Fernandez told AS.
"The most important thing now is to get our injured players back because they are important and effective players. Not all of our rivals have played at Sevilla and not every game is like playing at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan."
Deportivo have already conceded 19 times in the league this season.
