Doncaster Rovers have been successful with their appeal against the red card shown to Abdoulaye Meite on Easter Monday.
Meite was sent off shortly before half time for serious foul play after making a high challenge on Millwall striker Stefan Maierhofer.
Donny managed to earn a valuable point in their fight against relegation but were to be without Meite for the final two games of the season.
The 33-year-old Ivorian will now be able to feature in Rovers' final two games against playoff hopefuls Reading and champions Leicester City.
Donny are clear of the bottom three by just a point and look set for a tense end to the season.
