Doncaster Rovers boss Darren Ferguson has revealed that he is hopeful of prolonging Keshi Anderson's current loan deal.
The 20-year-old joined from Crystal Palace on a 28-day contract, which is due to expire after Tuesday's meeting with Shrewsbury Town.
Ferguson has been impressed by what he has seen from Anderson so far in a Doncaster shirt, however, and is looking to keep the youngster at the Keepmoat Stadium for a little while longer yet.
"Keshi's come in and been good. I like him," he is quoted as saying by The Star. "There's no question I'll be looking to extend that. The fans have taken to him as well.
"He probably typifies what I'm looking for really - that energy, that spark. If you have that, the fans will take to you."
Palace signed Watford product Anderson from Barton Rovers earlier this year.
