The decision on who will replace Rangers in the Scottish Premier League next season will be made on Monday.
The Gers were voted out of the division last week by all of the 11 clubs that currently hold a place in the top flight.
It appears that two teams are now being considered to take the place of Rangers.
Dunfermline Athletic, who were relegated from the Premier Division last season, believe that they should be reinstated, while last season's runners-up in division one Dundee want to be promoted.
