England are due to head into Monday night's last-16 clash against Iceland with a fully fit squad after all players trained in Chantilly on Saturday.
There were concerns over Adam Lallana after the Liverpool midfielder was spotted stepping off the team bus with an ice pack strapped to his ankle yesterday.
The 28-year-old was believed to have suffered a knock in training, but it was not serious as he was one of 23 players to take part in training today under the watchful eye of manager Roy Hodgson.
Lallana has started in all three of England's matches at Euro 2016, and could keep his place as the team aim to book a spot in the quarter-finals in France.
The Three Lions squandered the chance to top Group B as they drew a blank in a goalless draw with Slovakia five days ago.
Instead, Wales finished in top spot, with England second, Slovakia third and Russia fourth.
