England captain Wayne Rooney has highlighted what he feels is a positive atmosphere around the squad.
The Three Lions play San Marino on Thursday before meeting Estonia on Sunday in their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign, and Rooney has talked up the good spirits that the players are in ahead of the games.
Rooney told reporters "Of course team spirit is really important and in my time over 10 years being part of this England squad, we've never really had any issues.
"Certainly since I've been handed the captaincy, there's been no issues whatsoever and it's been very encouraging for the group of players we've got.
"The information they're taking in and the videos we've got around the training pitch [are being understood]. We want to do well together and that's great for the team."
Rooney was named as England skipper following Steven Gerrard's international retirement after the World Cup.
