Arsenal attacker Bukayo Saka was reportedly absent from England training again on Thursday ahead of the weekend's friendly with Switzerland.
The 20-year-old joined up with the group earlier this week ahead of March's battles with the Swiss and Ivory Coast but is believed to have sat out training on Wednesday.
Saka is thought to have come down with an illness, and while he has tested negative for coronavirus, it remains to be seen if he will be able to face Switzerland on Sunday.
A fresh update from journalist Connor Humm claims that Saka was once again absent from training on Thursday, and he is considered a major doubt for the visit of Switzerland.
Goalkeeper Sam Johnstone - called up as Aaron Ramsdale's replacement - was also forced to withdraw due to illness earlier this week, but Gareth Southgate has no other fresh concerns to contend with.
Saka has registered four goals and four assists from 14 games in an England shirt and has been nominated for March's Premier League Player of the Month after scoring two goals and setting up one more in four top-flight games.
