Everton defender Phil Jagielka has been ruled out of England's friendly against Sweden on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old started England's 1-0 win against Spain on Saturday, despite having suffered a broken toe on club duty last month.
Manager Fabio Capello revealed after the match that John Terry and Gary Cahill would take up the central defensive duties at Wembley against the Scandinavian side.
Jagielka has won 10 caps for his country since he made his debut in 2008.
