England striker Rickie Lambert has revealed that he should be fit for Tuesday's friendly against Germany after missing the team's defeat to Chile through injury.
The 31-year-old was forced to sit out the Three Lions' 2-0 loss against the South Americans on Friday with a muscle problem.
"Hopefully I will be okay for training on Sunday," Lambert is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"Obviously it would be a great game to be involved in, I just have to try and get fit."
Lambert has scored two goals in three games for England following his debut back in August.
