England boss Gareth Southgate is reportedly not considering an international recall for Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy.
The 33-year-old quit Three Lions duty in August 2018 after growing frustrated at playing back-up to Harry Kane.
Vardy has been in top form for Leicester this season, scoring 17 goals to top the Premier League scoring charts.
Following the news that Kane is out of action until April with a hamstring injury, the former Fleetwood Town ace has been tipped to end his England hiatus.
The Athletic claims that Southgate is highly unlikely to call upon Vardy, however, barring a major fitness crisis that would see Kane and understudy Tammy Abraham ruled out of Euro 2020.
In-form Southampton striker Danny Ings is also a contender to lead the line for England.
