England Under-21 manager Stuart Pearce has hinted that he may be removed from the job following his side's European Championship exit last night.
The Young Lions were beaten 3-1 by Norway to inflict back-to-back defeats in the competition after their 1-0 defeat to Italy on Wednesday.
The losses mean that they cannot get out of Group A and Pearce, whose contract expires next month, has said that talks about his future are imminent.
"We'll talk about my future and see what they have to say," he told BBC Sport.
"We'll see if they have a long term plan for me. We have got nothing out of this tournament so far and now we have to concentrate on doing things properly for the tournament's sake and beat Israel."
Pearce's side play Israel in their final group game on Tuesday.
