Everton striker Victor Anichebe has said that he plays the target man role better than most other forwards.
The 24-year-old believes that his physical prowess means that he is better suited to playing the specialist role than many others who operate in the same position.
"I feel when I am on top of my game I feel as if I can do as well as anyone," Anichebe told the Liverpool Echo.
"I feel good as a target man, I feel that nine times out of 10 if a ball comes up to me I will hold it, or I will create something.
"If I can stay fit from now on and keep the confidence I've got currently, then we'll see how it is."
Anichebe was part of the of Blues side that drew with Tottenham Hotspur 2-2 at White Hart Lane in the Premier League on Sunday.
