Everton supporters will take to the streets around Goodison Park in another peaceful protest ahead of the Premier League match against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.
The Toffees supporters' group The Blue Union have been given the go ahead by Merseyside police to voice their concerns over the club's board.
"The Blue Union has heard the message loud and clear from Evertonians that we must ensure our voices continue to be heard, and that the pressure remains on until the future of one of the giants of British football is secured and the ownership of our club rests in more capable hands," a statement said.
"As it was back in September, the message to Bill Kenwright and his fellow directors will remain, 'Let Go If You Love The Club'."
The Premier League side failed to bring in new additions to the squad during the summer transfer window.
