Everton captain Phil Neville could reportedly join up with England Under-21 manager Stuart Pearce for this summer's European Championships in Israel.
The 36-year-old was previously called up to the coaching staff for a qualifier against Belgium in February last year.
It is understood that Neville is one of a number of names being considered for the role by the Football Association, according to the Daily Mail.
Neville, whose brother Gary works within the senior England set-up, is expected to be open to the position following his brief stint last year.
