Richarlison has insisted that Everton's first-team squad should take responsibility for their poor start to the season.
Despite several high-profile additions being made in the summer, the Toffees sit in 17th position in the Premier League standings ahead of Sunday's meeting with Tottenham Hotspur.
While Marco Silva is said to be under pressure to keep his job at Goodison Park, Richarlison feels that both he and his Toffees teammates are to blame for the disappointing run of results.
The Brazilian is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "Now is the time to separate the men from the boys. It has been difficult, but the coach can't take all the blame. It is us that go out on to the pitch and need to take responsibility for this.
"We need to go for the win, it is 11 versus 11, and at times our performances have left a bit to be desired. We are aware of the pressure – but we are all under pressure."
The 22-year-old has contributed just two goals and two assists from 10 outings in the top flight this season.
