Everton defender John Heitinga is believed to be the subject of interest from Besiktas, according to the Daily Mail.
David Moyes may be unwilling to let the Dutchman leave after becoming an integral part of the Toffees' defence last season, which saw him win the club's player of the season award.
However, finances are tight at Goodison Park and Heitinga may be allowed to leave for the right price.
Fenerbahce are also thought to be interested in the 28-year-old, who was part of the Netherlands' disastrous Euro 2012 campaign.
Heitinga joined Everton from Atletico Madrid for £6m in 2009.
