David Moyes is reportedly interested in signing Portugal Under-21s star Adrien Silva.
The Sporting Lisbon midfielder is currently on loan at Academica de Coimbra.
The 22-year-old is thought to be available to bidders for around £5m.
Everton are reportedly targeting a loan move with a view to a later permanent deal.
The Toffees are currently 11th in the Premier League with 25 points from 21 games.
