Everton have reportedly joined the race to sign ADO Den Haag's sought-after defender Wilfried Kanon.
According to The Sun, the Toffees face competition for the Ivory Coast centre-back from Spanish clubs Real Betis, Villarreal and Eibar.
Blues boss Sam Allardyce is said to be keen to recruit another central defender with Phil Jagielka and Ashley Williams nearing the end of their careers, and Kanon is reportedly available at the cut price of £2m.
Kanon, who joined Den Haag from Romanian outfit Corona Brasov in 2013, has previously expressed interest in playing in the Premier League to follow in the footsteps of his fellow countryman Didier Drogba.
Everton have also been linked with Bournemouth forward Callum Wilson and Juventus winger Kwadko Asamoah as part of their summer rebuilding plans.
