Everton reportedly remain interested in securing a deal for Hellas Verona defender Marash Kumbulla.
Although the Toffees were linked with a move for the 20-year-old in January, Verona ensured that they kept the prospect until the end of the season.
However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Kumbulla is expected to depart the Italian outfit during the next transfer window.
Everton are allegedly prepared to launch an official bid for the Albania international, potentially in the region of €30m (£26.42m).
The centre-back has made 18 starts in Serie A this season, helping Verona into eighth position with one of the best defensive record in the league.
Inter Milan and RB Leipzig are also said to be monitoring the situation.
