Chelsea will reportedly have to pay around £30m should they attempt to sign Marouane Fellaini from Everton.
According to the Daily Star, Everton can afford to demand a high price as the Belgian has over three years left on his contract.
The 25-year-old has made no secret of his desire to play at the highest level in football but recently insisted that he will honour his Everton contract.
Fellaini, who joined Everton in 2008, has scored eight goals in 15 Premier League games this season.
