Everton majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri has reportedly decided to recruit top agent Mino Raiola in the summer to help overhaul the Toffees squad.
According to The Mirror, the British businessman already has an agreement in principle for PSV Eindhoven's Marcel Brands to come to Goodison Park as sporting director.
The report goes on to claim that Moshiri is seeking to tap into Raiola's expertise as one of football's top deal makers and transform Everton into a top Premier League outfit.
In addition, current director of football Steve Walsh and manager Sam Allardyce are believed to be in the firing line at the end of the season as part of the shake-up.
Raiola manages a number of top footballers including Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba, Mario Balotelli, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
