Everton are ready to make a move for Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, according to a report.
Vardy has a strained relationship with manager Claude Puel and was dropped to the bench for the Foxes' 1-1 draw with West Ham United on Saturday.
The Mirror claims that the 31-year-old was angry with the decision and could angle for a move out of the King Power Stadium in the summer.
Several clubs have been alerted to Vardy's unhappiness, with Everton reportedly willing to test Leicester's resolve by tabling a £25m offer in the winter window.
Toffees boss Marco Silva is said to have targeted the ex-England international as the player needed to propel Everton into the top six of the Premier League.
