Livingston moved off the bottom of the table after shocking Queen of the South, coming from behind to score four second-half goals in a 4-1 win. Liam Buchanan scored twice after goals from Scott Pittman and Jordan White.

Falkirk have thrashed Dumbarton to cement their place in the Scottish Championship playoff places. John Baird netted a hat-trick and Robert McHugh added another before half time. Blair Alston added a fifth as the Bairns ran riot against Stevie Aitken's side.

Hibernian kept up the pressure on league leaders Rangers with a 2-1 win over Raith Rovers. John McGinn and Jason Cummings put Hibs two up inside the first 30 minutes before Jon Daly grabbed a consolation for Raith with 25 minutes remaining.

It was Alloa Athletic who replaced Livingston at the foot of the table after they lost by a single goal against Greenock Morton.

Rangers will play against St Mirren tomorrow.

Results in full: Dumbarton 0-5 Falkirk (0-3), Greenock Morton 1-0 Alloa Athletic (0-0), Queen of the South 1-4 Livingston (1-0), Raith Rovers 1-2 Hibernian (0-2)
