Falkirk have added to their ranks with the loan signings of Premier League duo Ryan Blair and Alex Jakubiak.

The former joins the Scottish Championship club from Swansea City, while the latter arrives from Watford.

Ryan, a midfielder who came through the ranks at Falkirk, joined the Swans on a permanent deal two years ago and features regularly for the Welsh club's Under-23s.

Striker Jakubiak, meanwhile, began his career at Vicarage Road and has been on loan at a number of clubs including Oxford United and Fleetwood Town.

Falkirk, who sit ninth in the 10-team Scottish Championship table, return to league action with a trip to Greenock Morton on Saturday.
