Fleetwood Town boss Graham Alexander has been rewarded for his side's form in January by winning the League Two Manager of the Month award.
The 42-year-old oversaw his side grab 13 points from a possible 15 following an unbeaten run, which included a thrilling 4-2 win over Burton Albion.
The only slight blemish on the club's record in January was their goalless draw against Scunthorpe United last week.
Fleetwood, who netted 10 goals in January, currently sit fourth in the table, six points adrift of leaders Chesterfield.
