Fleetwood Town defender Ryan Cresswell has said that the club will not become complacent as they look to mount a promotion bid in League Two this season.
The Lancashire outfit moved to the top of the table following their 4-1 success over Newport County last week.
Cresswell has admitted that the players are not getting carried away about their position.
"Obviously the aim for the season was to be up there and get promotion," TEAMtalk quotes him as saying.
"It's good to be at the top but it's only early days and we'll just take every game as it comes, approach every game in the right manner and who knows? Hopefully we can be there at the end.
"It will be a rollercoaster ride until the end of the season, there's going to be some unbelievable highs and and there's going to be some lows. As I say, we'll just take every week as it comes and all we'll concentrate on is the next game."
Fleetwood face Gloucester City in the FA Cup on Saturday.
