Kilmarnock have made their first January signing by bringing in striker Conor McAleny on loan from Fleetwood.
The 26-year-old has scored once in 19 games since joining the Sky Bet League One club on a three-year contract from Everton last summer.
McAleny also played for Fleetwood on loan last season, scoring five goals.
He made three first-team appearances for Everton and had loan spells at Scunthorpe, Brentford, Cardiff, Charlton, Wigan and Oxford.
Meanwhile, Kilmarnock have announced their intention to appeal against Kris Boyd's Pittodrie red card.
The striker was sent off for serious foul play by referee Nick Walsh in the 80th minute of Saturday's goalless draw following a late sliding tackle on Aberdeen captain Graeme Shinnie.
A fast-track hearing is set to be held before Killie's Ladbrokes Premiership clash with Hearts on Friday night.
