France forward Antoine Griezmann has spoken of his side's need to improve if they are to win Euro 2016.
Les Bleus fell behind against the Republic of Ireland in Sunday's last-16 tie in Lyon, but Griezmann's brace saw the tournament hosts win 2-1 and advance to the quarter-finals.
The Atletico Madrid attacker told BBC Sport: "We struggled to get into the game and we still have a long way to go, so we will need to improve. But we are going to enjoy this and make the most of it.
"My family were in the stands as Lyon is basically my hometown, so that adds to it. I hope to be able to continue in this vein and to help the team."
Didier Deschamps's side will face England or Iceland at the Stade de France on Sunday, July 3.
