Following their cruel loss at the hands of Portugal, Republic of Ireland are still seeking their World Cup qualifying victory heading into Saturday's visit of Azerbaijan.

Serbia and Luxembourg meet in Belgrade on Saturday evening in a game which will play a significant part in deciding who finishes in the top two of Group A.
While the home side are aware that they will be on the brink of achieving that target with victory at the weekend, Luxembourg will overtake them if they record yet another shock win in World Cup qualifying.

Slovenia vs. Malta (Saturday, 5.00pm)
Following one of their best results of recent times, Malta visit Slovenia on Saturday, as they seek another unlikely win in Group H of European World Cup Qualifying.
While the visitors are ranked 177th in the world at present, their hosts are expected to be among the contenders for a top-two place at the end of the process - but have some catching-up to do.

Though their visitors are on a high from a fine midweek win, Slovenia are tough opponents to get past at the back and are motivated by the need of maximum points to stay in the race for Qatar.

The top two teams in World Cup 2022 qualification Group D prepare for battle in Kiev on Saturday night, as Ukraine welcome France to the NSK Olimpiyskiy on matchday five for both nations.
Oleksandr Petrakov's resident draw specialists played out a thrilling 2-2 stalemate with Kazakhstan last time out, while France could only take a point from their clash with Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Ukraine are no pushovers, and their resilient nature has been there for all to see since qualifying kicked off, but four games without a win does spell concern for new manager Petrakov.

Faroe Islands vs. Denmark (Saturday, 7.45pm)
Denmark will be looking to maintain their 100% start to World Cup qualifying when they travel to the Faroe Islands on Saturday evening.
The Danes are one of only three European nations yet to concede during their qualification campaign so far, while the hosts have let in 12 goals already in their first four matches.

The Netherlands and Montenegro will face each other for the very first time when they do battle at the Philips Stadion for the fifth match of their World Cup Qualifying campaign in Group G.
Both nations have identical records from their first four games, claiming seven points, with the hosts only sitting above the visitors on goal difference.

With Turkey expected to beat Gibraltar on Saturday, a win for the Netherlands or Montenegro is unlikely to see them climb to the summit of Group G.
