Fulham defender Brede Hangeland has said that confidence at the club is high ahead of their trip to Blackburn Rovers this weekend.
The Cottagers, who have pieced together a four-game unbeaten run after losing 5-0 to Manchester United last month, will look to win their third consecutive match in all competitions at Ewood Park this afternoon.
Hangeland hopes that the club can continue to enjoy their strong second half to the season so far as they did a year ago.
"Going into the weekend's game confidence is high," he told the club's official website. "We have been doing better of late, so we go to Blackburn looking to keep that recent form going.
"We finished last year well and have started 2012 very positively, so hopefully it will be the same story as last season when we enjoyed a stronger second half.
"It has taken us a little while to gel, but there are signs that things are starting to fall into place for us now. We want to put together a strong run, improve our performances and push ourselves up the table."
Fulham are currently in 14th place in the Premier League, seven points clear of the drop.
