Fulham manager Martin Jol has admitted that he is worried he could lose his job if his side fail to win against West Ham United this weekend.
The Dutchman has overseen his side take just 10 points from 12 games this season, leaving them in the relegation zone of the Premier League table.
When asked in a press conference if his job was safe, Jol said: "If we win, yeah. If we don't, I don't know. It is always difficult. If I was on the board or an owner I would be worrying. We need wins.
"Every game is almost a must-win game. That is what I have told everyone. If you are at a club like Fulham or Stoke or Swansea, you always get times when things could go wrong and you have to try to get back to winning ways."
The Cottagers have recorded four league defeats on the bounce.
