Aleksandar Mitrovic said that he was "so proud and so happy" after helping Fulham reach the Championship playoff final.
The Cottagers entered the second leg of their Championship playoff semi-final trailing 1-0 to Derby County, but turned things around on home soil to record a 2-1 aggregate success.
Mitrovic joined Fulham on loan from Newcastle United during the January transfer window, and the centre-forward has netted 12 Championship goals in the second half of the campaign.
The 23-year-old has said that experiencing such occasions was 'the reason he decided to join Fulham'.
"This is the reason I came here. It is unbelievable. I think we deserve to get promoted as we play good football and created chances. I am so proud and so happy," Mitrovic told Sky Sports News.
Fulham will face either Aston Villa or Middlesbrough in the Championship playoff final on May 26.
