Fulham boss Kit Symons has hailed hat-trick hero Ross McCormack for his performance in tonight's 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest.
McCormack, who joined the Cottagers for a hefty £11m from Leeds United in the summer, struck a first-half treble to down Forest.
The 28-year-old had netted just seven times this season prior to his heroics at Craven Cottage, and Symons admits that it is nice to see him hitting form.
"Ross was excellent. He took his goals really well," Symons told Sky Sports News.
"It's nice to see him scoring, although his overall contribution has never been in question. I don't care who scores the goals but I'm pleased for him."
Henri Lansbury reduced the deficit just before the break and picked up his brace on the hour mark, but Fulham held on to move 14th in the Championship table.
