Fulham manager Kit Symons has said that Bryan Ruiz is committed to helping the club succeed, despite being out of contract in the summer.
Ruiz came off the bench to score the winning goal as Fulham beat Reading at Craven Cottage, and Symons says that the striker is ready to play a big part from now until the end of the season, despite admitting he could leave for free in June.
He told reporters: "I would think there is a chance, but there's nothing for him at the moment. I had a good chat with him on Friday and he's very committed, he wanted to be involved.
"He's just come back from a little injury and he was good. So I involved him and he came on to score the winner, so I'm delighted."
Fulham next play Nottingham Forest on Wednesday.
