Fulham midfielder Ashkan Dejagah has insisted that the club is united in their battle to avoid relegation following Saturday's important 1-0 victory over Newcastle United.
Dejagah's goal separated the sides at Craven Cottage as Fulham ended a 10-game winless run to give their survival hopes a boost.
Despite the positive result, the Cottagers remain four points adrift of safety in the Premier League table with eight matches left to play.
"We now have to fight for the rest of the season and take some more points. The whole of the team fought on Saturday – and the fans and the staff also played a big part. We're all together in this," Dejagah told the club's official website.
"We have to fight every week. We can't just play good football, you have to battle, and this is what the manager says to us every day. The team showed the manager and the fans against Newcastle that we're ready to fight together."
Fulham are back in Premier League action this Saturday when they make the trip to Manchester City.
