Fulham manager Felix Magath has said that he is confident his experience in relegation battles will help the Cottagers survive the drop this season.
Magath, who steered Wolfsburg to safety in the 2006-07 Bundesliga campaign, believes that he can ensure Fulham remain in the Premier League for a 13th consecutive season.
"I've been in this situation before. At Frankfurt [in 1999-2000] we avoided relegation on the last day," he told the Daily Mail.
"A year later Frankfurt sacked me in January. In February I took over at Stuttgart and that season Stuttgart stayed up at the expense of Frankfurt. Then at Wolfsburg we almost went down.
"With 20 minutes of the season to go [Wolfsburg] were down but we survived and two years later we won the championship. So I know this situation. I know how it feels. I have told the players. We have to win a game."
Fulham take on Stoke City on Saturday.
