Fulham have beaten Premier League side Aston Villa in a pre-season friendly tonight.
Young Villa striker Callum Robinson had the first chance of the match, but his snap-shot was saved by Andy Lonergen.
However, the Londoners struck first as striker Matt Smith flicked a header into the back of the net from a Thomas Eisfeld cross.
Villa pushed hard for an equaliser after the break, and went close through a Gary Gardner free kick, before Libor Kozak stroked the ball into the corner after Joe Cole had set him up.
Fulham re-took the lead 12 minutes later as Alex Kacaniklic smashed the ball into the net from 25 yards, and they completed the victory four minutes from the end as Ryan Tunnicliffe supplied Ross McCormack to tap in from close range.
