Fulham's summer pre-season tour ended in defeat this afternoon as they were beaten 1-0 by Eintracht Frankfurt in Austria.
The only goal of the game was a bizarre one as Fulham were penalised for a backpass and Haris Seferovic managed to smash the resulting indirect free kick past a wall of bodies from six yards.
Summer signing Ben Pringle almost equalised for Fulham before half time, but the Championship side went in behind at the break.
Chances were few and far between for the majority of the second half before Fulham pushed for a late leveller.
Tom Cairney and Shaun Hutchinson both went close, but the Cottagers couldn't find a way through to suffer their first defeat of pre-season.
